1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VEKA ("the Platform"), including our website at veka.gg, Discord bot integrations, and all related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access certain features, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or through supported OAuth providers (Discord, Steam, and others as available). By registering, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You will not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

3. User-Generated Content

VEKA allows you to create, post, and share content including blog posts, marketplace listings, comments, and profile information. You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it on the Platform, you grant VEKA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your content. Content must not violate any applicable law, infringe on third-party rights, or contain malicious software, hate speech, or explicit material.

4. Community Rules

All users must adhere to our Community Code of Conduct. Key rules include:

• Treat all community members with respect and dignity.
• No hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or bullying.
• No spam, unsolicited promotion, or misleading content.
• Fair play in all tournaments and competitive events.
• No exploitation of bugs, glitches, or unintended features.

5. Events & Rewards

VEKA hosts gaming tournaments, community events, and reward-based activities. By participating in events, you agree to the specific rules announced for each event. VEKA reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate event rules or these Terms.

XP, badges, and leaderboard rankings are earned through platform participation. VEKA reserves the right to adjust, reset, or revoke rewards in cases of fraud, cheating, or abuse of the reward system.

6. Marketplace

The VEKA Marketplace is a community-driven platform for buying and selling gaming-related items and services. VEKA acts as an intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

• Sellers must accurately describe items and honour listed prices.
• VEKA is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Prohibited items include stolen goods, counterfeit items, and any illegal products.
• VEKA reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts for marketplace violations.

7. Account Termination

VEKA may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or the Code of Conduct. You may also delete your account through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. VEKA may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications. Your continued use of VEKA after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
